• False, misleading, fraudulent, or deceptive information, including but not limited to fake profiles, romance scams, financial scams, phishing content, or any content designed to defraud or deceive other users;
• Content that infringes on intellectual property rights, including copyright, trademark, patent, or other proprietary rights of any third party, including but not limited to unauthorized copies of copyrighted text, images, music, or video;
• Private or confidential information of any third party, including but not limited to another person's government-issued identification number, financial account information, medical information, or personal contact information, posted without that person's express written consent;
• Content that is defamatory, libelous, or slanderous about any person or organization;
• Content that constitutes spam or unsolicited commercial communications, including mass-distributed content, promotional material, or chain letters.

BlackWhiteMatch reserves the right, but not the obligation, to review, monitor, remove, or disable access to any content that it determines in its sole discretion violates these prohibitions or any applicable law, without prior notice to you. BlackWhiteMatch shall have no liability for exercising such rights. THE LIMITATIONS SET FORTH IN THIS SECTION SHALL NOT APPLY TO DAMAGES ARISING FROM DEATH OR PERSONAL INJURY CAUSED BY BLACKWHITEMATCH'S GROSS NEGLIGENCE OR WILLFUL MISCONDUCT, OR TO ANY LIABILITY THAT CANNOT BE LIMITED OR EXCLUDED UNDER APPLICABLE LAW. SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THE EXCLUSION OR LIMITATION OF CONSEQUENTIAL OR INCIDENTAL DAMAGES, SO THE ABOVE LIMITATION MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU IN WHOLE OR IN PART.
